Original, colorful Folk Art is brought to life on furniture, canvas and accent pieces

Welcome to "ArtMaxine" where Folk Art is re-introduced as an innovative, expressive, eclectic art form reflecting this artist's passion for making the ordinary extraordinary.  Mainstream American life is uniquely portrayed on functional pieces of furniture as well as flat wall hangings to beautifully grace any location at home or workplace.

"Hallelujah" is a new offering by Maxine.  This unusual piece of fine art demonstrates the artist's skills of visualization, composition and color.   It cleverly combines antique balusters into a choir which, as a group, exudes joy and passion - a blissful chorus of diverse individuals, music emanating from their hearts.
